Marin Shupe, RBT

Hi there! My name is Marin and I am so excited to be an RBT on the ATC team! Over the past 5 years of building experience in this field, I discovered my love of working with people of all ages and abilities. I have experience from working as a paraprofessional in a middle school setting, to providing intervention for at-risk youth through behavior programs and equine therapy. Previously, I co-ran a summer program for over 30 youth with disabilities! I recently moved to Missoula from northern Utah with my wife at the beginning of August 2025 and we are loving it! I am originally from California and love to travel. A fun fact about me is that I have been to over 20 countries. In my spare time, I am an avid moviegoer, a mediocre baker, and a music lover. I am also a dog mom to my rescue dog, Flo. I’m passionate about developing my skills and growing my knowledge as I work toward becoming a future BCBA!
