Carmelle Johnson, RBT

With over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), my professional journey took a meaningful turn when a personal experience opened my eyes to the world of neurodiversity. That moment inspired me to pivot my career and redirected my path to dedicating myself to supporting neuro-divergent individuals and their families.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I bring not only hands-on experience but also compassion, patience, and a deep respect for the unique strengths each individual holds. I strive to create positive, empowering environments where clients can thrive on their own terms and make meaningful and life altering growth.

I believe learning never stops and why I continually pursue advanced training and stay current on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My ultimate goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and I’m actively working toward that milestone through ongoing education.

When I'm not working, you’ll often find me recharging in the mountains—soaking up the peace of the outdoors and finding inspiration in nature. I also enjoy expressing my creativity through DIY projects and art.  I am drawn to the magic of making something with my own hands and finding new ways to bring creativity into everyday life.

For me, this path is more than work—it’s where my passion and purpose meet. I find joy in helping others discover their strengths, and I’m honored to walk alongside families on their journey.
